1. Cancellation by us
   If, in the event of unforseen circumstances, it becomes necessary for us to cancel your course date, you will be offered a full refund of any course fees paid. Alternatively, you may transfer to another course date, subject to availability.
2. Cancellation by you
   In the event of cancellation by you, any deposit paid is non-refundable. No fees will be refunded for non-attendance on the course date itself, for whatever reason.
3. Confidentiality
   All training and related materials you receive as part of the course is strictly confidential and is intended for your personal use only. You undertake not to engage with or contact any organisation working with Paramount Training and Train4Fame(tm) without the approval of Paramount Training.
4. Personal Injury
   There will be a health and safety induction on day one. We are not liable for any personal accident or injury unless Paramount Training is deemed negligant.
